Search for someone whose listing complements yours, or wait to be matched automatically once one exists.
Propose using one of your own listings; the other person can agree or decline.
Once you've both agreed, you each pay your own small service fee independently. If only one of you pays, that payment is refunded after a while if the other never follows through.
Once both fees are paid, contact details are released. The actual work happens directly between you, outside the platform.
Either side can raise a dispute after contact is released. It's reviewed manually, and if it's upheld, the wronged party's service fee is refunded.
